Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us using the details below. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid term, and access continues until that date. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Purchases of our CV and cover-letter writing services are generally final once work has begun. If you cancel before we start work, we will issue a full refund. For multi-component packages, if only some components have been delivered, you may request a partial refund for the undelivered components.
